Projects start with a plan, you plan the features, their requirements, a road map, the approach you'll take, design patterns you'll use, etc. and you break a project into smaller problems to solve. In this video I don't see you tackling your app like you would when you program it yourself. I know how "you should write better prompts" sounds but it's not entirely wrong. Start with a plan, implement features in small manageable pieces and also have it write tests for them. The LLM is a tool not a replacement for your knowledge and experience, so if you notice you keep having to refactor right from the start, take a step back and look at your plan, and look if you've given it enough direction and whether you can simplify the problems you're having it solve into smaller pieces. I don't think it's an exaggeration to say that at least 70% of my time is spend on planning and all the boring stuff.
