Currently AI is just an algorithm, it makes up facts, it’s fed incorrect information from its sources and doesn’t know what’s right or wrong. It’s just a tool that’s not that reliable or accurate. It needs to be checked and supervised more than a spreadsheet or a calculator.
Robot technology is still a long way off being able to interpret visual information for basic physical tasks with a lot of variables. They are great in a controlled environment like an assembly factory.
