Put some extra taxes on the Ai companies, let them pay a huge license fees every year to keep working. Use that money to give subsidized goods to the unemployed people. Make a separate fund for those people who lost their job/income sources due to Ai. Train them in skills so that the workforce can be reused again in new sectors!
