SIMPLE...Same rules need to be applied to final results as apply to humans, ie. is it a blatant copy or is it inspired by the original.
Judge by the same standards of how it was produced regardless.
Humans will perhaps start with the AI then improve it. There is huge opportunities here to expand & grow without the slower traditional methods. Should open up artists creativity not stifle it. Give it time it will settle down & mature.
