Although AI art currently feels bland, repetetive and uncreative I feel that the argument that all art that is not created by a human is inherently pointless is short sighted.
Just because most AI art sucks and feels soulless now, doesnt mean that there never will be an AI that is able to invoke emotion by actually generating unique or creative stuff.
There may be a time in the futute where AI art can be meaningfull because it is NOT human and bring a perspective to art that a human may not.
