I feel for this man so much, but the last part is wrong. It's not the facial recognition program but rather just darker skin not showing up as well on cameras and having less contrast. It has nothing to do with your ethnicity or facial shape but rather the darkness of your skin alone. However, confusion still occurs everywhere on the spectrum. People who are misidentified are usually confused with those of a similar or same skin tone.
