Definitely feel like this should be a copyright infringement, AI generated artwork is a fairly new development legally speaking, hopefully someone will get the governments to recognize this as an infringement.
I was thinking about using it and if it used only public domain artworks as a reference, that would be more reasonable, but if it's directly replicating sophisticated styles artists have developed with years of patience practice and toil using their own copyrighted images, there's no way that's fair.
