If AI art is not art then neither is anything using any tool. As that is the same thing. Tools make people reliant on them and then they become complacent lazy and forget how to do things without said tools IE pencil and paint the list goes on. As far as jobs are concerned anybody who has worked in any type of retail job any type of job that uses any type of mechanical device to make the process easier has taken jobs away from people.... The bigger issue is is it more important for us as humans to have the convenience that computers computer technology artificial intelligence and tools give us. I guess at this point you either get on the train or you get left behind.
