Like any machine, you cannot get more out of it than you put into it. Everything a computer knows, has to be put into it. It cannot learn on its own and that's the the key difference between Ai and the human brain. If the computer does not recognize the word mendacious, it cannot learn this word on its own, the word mendacious must be in some way programmed into its memory
