Some of us have a predisposition for creative projects, sure, and I am one of them, but even if you supposedly have the gift for it, it still requires work to achieve, no one is instantly Leonardo Da Vinci. I'd say having a talent is very much a real thing, since I am lucky to have a talent in creative activities that seems to run in my family, but even if you have a gift fir something it still requires work.
