They'll be a transition period, where things are gonna be hell. Then we'll have a form of universal income, as unemployment will be so high that most companies will run out of clients to buy their things, and will need the government to give people money to keep buying things, so our capitalist society doesn't collapse.
Then, probably a good 50-100 years AFTER that, we'll have automated pretty much everything there is, and then we'll go into an utopia. But that requires us to not destroy our world before that.
