I mean, replacing about 20% would work, provided you fire the bottom 20% - the rest would be able to keep up as AI really improves productivity. But as usual, companies overdo it because they fire more and not based on performance/usefulness to begin with. So they are left with the useless ones who now remain without supervision/control. Eventually it will stabilize
