I have never had competent help from any company's customer service when I have called for help with a problem!!!
AI never even got close to answering my question and providing an answer that would help. I have to assume that these recordings used as a way to provide customer service are a dismal failure because I have to hang up! The same thing happens when I run across "AI help" on a web site. I'm assuming (because I have to) that it's a computer program trying to help me - doesn't work!!! 😡😡😡 Great way to lose business!
