Whoever thinks that AI is going to find a cure for cancer has never done medical research. Same goes for claims (that Sam Altman made) about solving all problems in physics. No amount of AI is going to tell us what is dark matter or dark energy. These tech bros seriously underestimate the complexity of problems that people in other fields are working on.
