None of what they showed me looked like it was actually produced with AI, meaning to say, they just took a video of themselves, blurred it a little bit and said, look its an AI rendering. For a machine to produce a facsimile of you that's convincing, it takes a whole lot of processing power, more than what your everyday computer gamer has. It requires at least $5000 worth of hardware since if you use consumer grade a single error will throw off the "fake" so I'm come to believe this "news" is just trying to convince you that once you see something, regardless if its real, you will think its fake first and dismiss it.
