imo ai art is cool, just not good enough yet, hey.. I'm an artist i have a say in this, also not being an artist not having to say in some artistic composition is not helpful.
meanwhile the YouTuber triumph is not a good analogy. scripted shows are everywhere wether it's movies or youtube videos, with the right scripture it can be good.
i see the flaw when you said "the moment i learned it was made by AI, all interest goes down"... well if you don't know it's by AI you're interested?. Look... AI is terrifying, but it's just a tool, a misused one though. its output is quite good in a sense that its visually appealing. but you're right; that's about it with AI art. art is more than just a masterful visual of wonder. But to think about it... modern painting or visual art consists of mostly stories behind them. to me THAT'S boring. I want to see masterpieces not learn history and it is made. I appreciate the lore but I appreciate the visuals more.
