If companies are stupid enough to replace 99% of humans with AI, even if the capability exists, that will mean our apocalipse. They are just setting fire to their own ass: companies are doing things/services that are bought by other humans. If humans won't have a job, they won't have money and won't be able to buy anything. This will put companies in the situation of having an increased productivity with 500% due to AI, but no customers. What's the ultimate purpose of this, then? AI must be used by humans, jobs shall evolve for sure, but no one will be so stupid to replace everything with AI.
