One thing I learned early when people jailbroke ChatGPT for the first time, is that those things are very good at making insults and swearing. They do not do this, because they're not allowed to. But that knowledge is still there in the blob of neural weights. It knows about all the horrible stuff it is not allowed to say in its output.
