It doesn't matter that it can't deal with weird edge cases, it just needs to deal with the 90% of standard cases and can refer the remaining 10% of weird exceptions to Level 2 human service. It means globally 90% of CS just gets 100x faster because the AI can talk to 10,000 people at once and you don't have to wait in a queue for 20 mins.
