The issue with “stealing” is more nuanced then that. Customers pay the Ai company to generate art (subscription). On a system trained on working artist work. The Ai company dose not compensate artist for using their work. This is not possible with music as music artist have established jurisprudence on that. It’s not just making art based on artist work. It’s making money based on artist work and not paying the artists…
