None of these things is going to work, nor are they going to happen.
We need a “clanker tax”.
Tax companies replacing human labor with AI, in accordance to a percentage of their increased profitability. This money must be used to compensate workers who have lost their job due to AI and automation.
It might last forever, or at least until the economy is run by machines and we all move to basic income or, a situation in which there is no need for an income at all. The eradication of money as a concept entirely.
Until then, I fear Mr Sanders, as much as I appreciate you and respect you, your ideas are already outdated…
