The data sets are biased because white men ARE statistically more competent. Statistically. It's because our culture forces white men to work harder because they neither benefit from affirmative action, are constantly demonized, look up up to 'grind culture' icons, and because it's normalized in society to alienate men, they have to look inwardly and improve themselves to feel some kind of value. There's also minority entitlement, gang culture, etc, taking more impressionable victims of racism out if the pool of 'competent'. If we didn't have things like this, the data sets wouldn't be skewed. We can't fix the ai without lying to it, we need ro fix out society as a whole.
