Recently, a bunch of people lashed out at me after I said I AI art is not as bad as everybody claims it to be and that it can be useful for artists if used well, so I'm glad to find a YT artist that thinks similarly. AI art can accelerate brainstorming, provide reference photos for background, composition, color scheme, or even create assets like textures, and I think that's great. My only concern is the overuse of AI and the lack of regulations it seems to have. So far, I tried feeding the AI generators with the description of my recent commissions, and honestly, the AI sucked at creating those pieces, so for now I don't need to worry about AI stealing my job.
