a lot of these models are open source and freely available for people to use whereever and whenever. With a lack of watermarking, the cat is already out of the bag
Also no just because an AI learns quickly it shouldn't make learning illegal you dope. Courts can rule whatever way they want but it doesn't mean any conclusion they arrive at makes sense
