not trying to defend AI but in no way was this the AI fault he didnt explain to it what he was going to do he wasnt specific enough with questioning everything and overall it seems it was pure stupidity that led to all of this he hwd the warning signs but refused to do anything about it he didnt ask for a 2nd opinion or even just do enough research with the AI
