There is literally an artist AND writer named Christy Brown who was active in the 19 SEVENTIES who had cerebral palsy and could only control his left foot. Man literally wrote multiple novels by typing on type writer with HIS TOES and painted by holding the brush with his foot. But yeah, disabled people CANNOT make art without AI.
