I'm a developer who worked on big projects on enterprise companies for most of my career (1 startup in the middle).
In my current role, I have 3 juniors on my group at the moment, and I can definitely say for a fact that their learning curve is not going well because of the usage of AI.
Too many copy-paste from the LLM without understanding the code it provides, it shows in the code and also in the code review of PRs.
