What’s crazy is… a woman last week who apparently was employed by them also was laid off or terminated recently, explaining this to me when she brought her kid to the office where I work. Mind you, she works in HR for several years with the exact company and her fellow colleagues and after several long years working at AT&T and said something about AI and I’m thinking what does AI have to do with HR? Now, this ! What about the field reps and techs ?
