I live in the nehterlands and we foolishly let a self learning algorithm decide who was guilty of commiting fraud with unemployment benifits... so we let it run for a while and it taught itself to pay more attention to certain minorities and it gave recommendations to check those people more then others. It has now been taken offline/deleted for discrimination and racism.
