I'm totally willing to believe that current LLMs may have some limited and temporary sort of consciousness that emerges from the interplay of thousands of concepts in its hidden layers during processing. But even if they do, that doesn't make it some kind of god that knows the secrets of the universe. At best, it makes it comparable to a person with anterograde amnesia who is asleep most of the time, who has read a lot of things online, and who occasionally makes up nonsense for no clear reason.
