I've done art for a game studio. We have one rule about AI, "you are allowed to use it as a REFERENCE ONLY! You still have to make a piece with your own work and you have to submit all source files for verification of work." Basically, any claimed work that isn't your own is stealing and you get put into massive hot water if you do it again. As in, removal from the studio, hot water.
