funny thing is my university did the same test for ENT specialty, but with ChatGPT 3.9. It showed that with common symptoms and common illnesses - GPT 3.9 had the same, sometimes better results as the ENT doctors. But there's one area that GPT absolutly failed was neurosensory pathologies (H66.1). But that's understandable, since these set of pathologies require actual tests and physials as well as expert level of knowlegde to give the diagnosis.
Over all very fascinating and intresting how technology can later on incorporated into day to day practice!
