Yep. I was about to study computer science and go into software developing but pivoted when I saw all the layoffs and how everyone in my programming classes were using ai and learning nothing. not only are there so little entry-level swe jobs to transition cs grads into professionals but now most cs students can hardly code at the level they once did a decade ago
