I'm tired of seeing so many half-baked takes on this. You're going to have to do a lot better than "it should be obvious why this is bad". Explain what your ethical principles are, and explain how they are being violated. Here's my beef: 1) Profiting off of somebody else's likeness and namesake is tantamount to fraud/theft of IP. 2) This technology can be used maliciously with the sole purpose of harming an individual 3) Without those two points, deepfake porn very obviously falls under fair use. At absolute minimum, you would have to weasel-word your way into making it a violation of fair use. You don't need consent to invoke fair use. The porn/objectification aspect of this is arguably the least egregious, so it amazes me that so many people are reacting to this where that's the main takeaway. Atrioc did absolutely nothing wrong in that regard. He wasn't the one with malicious intent. He wasn't the one trying to make people feel bad. He wasn't trying to rob people of their money. He was looking for 15 minutes of awkward, questionable, weird, legal, private fun with his atricock. It's something you look at and go "that's pretty weird" or "dude, that's kind of gross, little bit of a boundary you just crossed", not "OH MY GOD, THIS IS WHAT PAIN FEELS LIKE, ATRIOC IS EVVIIILLLL."
