I would say, it's not gonna happen nationwide. There are so many issues with driverless trucks, like in case of breakdown, how AI will take care of truck? If something happens on the road, AI never can come up with decision, as trained driver can. Airlines can be operated without pilots a long time ago, but even today, airlines never fly without pilots.
