I agree with everything up to this point in your video. AI art is not a substitute for human creation. And any AI "artist" believes that "well, if I had an idea, and this generated image created something from everything else, and melded it together, then it's still MY idea of art". And, to that, I have to politely decline. I view AI art more as "proof of concept", a way to flesh out something you have an idea ON, not to go and say "well, I made ot, so, it's my artwork". The IDEA behind (if it's original) your art may be... But having AI generate an inage of, from the example of your video, "A lion drinking water from a lake", takes inspiration from multiple sources that are in it's algorithm. I won't defend these AI "artists" on what they're making, and trying to sell it off as "theirs". AI art is nothing more than "proof of concept" to me. Because there WAS an idea behind how one uses the code to make it... But there was no soul behind the brush strokes. If anything, I'd rather use AI art for personal use, than actually make money off of it. Because AI art, if you're not an artist, and passing it off as your own? Is lazy, unoriginal, and instinctively at a low point of them calling "clean lines with blurry spots"... "Art"...
