Universal Basic Income??? Don’t count on that being much more than the Dole or the Aged Pension which is not enough to live on so it’s not just losing dignity of not having a job it’s being that poor that there’s little or no hope for the future. We the people don’t want AI to replace our jobs but you can bet on it that the rich and the AI business do. The Government could easily prevent this but they won’t and you know why don’t you.
