I may have a devart account but I'm not against nor do i support AI on dA. if anything I feel they are not listening to their fanbase. if they want to have more traction, more support, and everything else. I feel they should have listened to the community the moment they made the journal about AI on the site and what THEIR users think, the artists that help keep they site running. if they listened to the negative feedback and not only the positive feedback, I'm pretty damn sure they wouldn't have been in this shit-show to begin with. I do and do not care for AI art. if they want it on the site then they should know that people will have harsh topics on it. I only used the damn DreamUp AI thing for a badge they were giving away if used (spoiler alert: I NEVER GOT IT) plus you have to PAY to use the damn thing too. if you don't have core, you can get five free, but you need to pay (i think) 25 points every time to use it. if you got core (depending which one you have) you can get up to 50 - 300 free and pay less points to use it. core pro + you pay 5 points. I was gifted a year of regular core so when my 50 free AI images are done i pay 20 points. Hell I would USE AI for only landscape ideas but even then, i could just google "Fantasy forests" or "Magic oasis'" and so much more to use as inspiration than some stupid AI generator that I don't really care for.
