I totally get what you're saying and couldn't agree more with the concerns of artists having their work being explicitly copied without permission; however, there's the opposite end of the spectrum where I might ask Midjourney to imagine "a tornado of colours" which doesn't require, mimic, duplicate an artists' work - so HOW will we draw the line between ethical use and unethical use?
