19:07 doesn't pretty much all dictation software use like neural networks and shit for speech detection? This isn't much of a gotcha since those are still his words that are being transcribed but I feel like some hard-line anti-AI people could be made to get mad at this if you worded that in a particular way. Like "AI is taking jobs from human speech transcription specialists" or something like that
