This was a generally good video and a bit different than most of the "AI bad" videos that usually bring up very similar arguments.
I think your reasoning about some of this is a bit too emotional though, I for things like this you really need to pay attention and be transparent and honest about as to what you feel emotionally and what you actually think is logically the case.
For example you brought up multiple times that AI can never be human or reflect the human experience but you can't know that? I think it's a cop-out argument that you want to be true, but what if it's not? What if we're not as unpredictable as we think and everything we see as human can be perfectly replicated through good enough algorithms and technology, even what we feel?
People always thought that AI would take manual labor jobs first and creative jobs last because that's what we associate to be distinctly human yet it turned out to go into the entirely different direction, creative jobs are first on the chopping block.
I also prefer art that is fully made by real people and I'm pretty sure most people do because we can connect to it emotionally and everything.
What if at some point AI can make art that's indistinguishable from human made art? Would it be imoral to consume? Because what if someone doesnt care if they can connect to the person who made it because they just care about the work, even though I myself do care. And since I care I do think it's a bit sad to enjoy the art in that situation but that's my emotions speaking, logically people are different and as more and more jobs get replaced at some point maybe the traditional concept of a job will cease to exist entirely. You'd still be free to do the things you love just for the sake for it, because that's what it's about in the end, regardless of if a machine could replicate it perfectly.
Extra notes: I don't think saying that LLM's aren't AI is fair, the point of AI is to be artificial. LLM's are a method of making AI, and the results that LLM's provide match the definition of Artificial Intelligence. You can say that it's not real intelligence but it's definitely artificial intelligence, but there's also another discussion to be had here, if the results are the same either way, does it matter? Or at what point does it start becoming real intelligence? You could argue that our brains maybe aren't too dissimilar to how AI works or at the least the part responsible for thinking, emotion is a whole other thing. I'm not saying it is, I'm just putting some potential points of discussions out there.
Also I completely agree with your argument about AI replacing your own brain, it's not even really a subjective discussion, it just does really happen. You have to be really careful about how you use AI so that you don't outsource your thinking to it. But I do think that overall AI does have immense potential for the future of humanity as a whole.
