I’m 100 percent against AI verbal robots ‘replacing’ the jobs of humans. Humans have been working next to machines for centuries, replacing humans is a world of robots.
When it comes to finances or house bills, a live customer service agent is needed especially if any errors are found.
Pay by phone is convenient but to also hv a live agent for almost every company is vitality necessary.
