I know this might seem like an extreme statement to make (and a hypocritical one at that, as my job centers around technology and I am at this very moment using a piece of technology obviously) but I believe we humans have bitten off more than we can chew with technological advancements. AI being the real kicker. AI can now replace something so fundamental and integral to the human experience and the way we express ourselves, and it's terrifying. Do I have an answer on how we can fix this? No. Absolutely not. I'm merely just voicing my opinion and frustration on the matter.
Honestly, AI art is pretty interesting and it's impressive in what it can do. I feel like in the right hands it can be used as a tool for inspiration, but it's clearly fallen into the wrong hands and I feel it's only going to get worse from here.
