I don't want to offend but I have to play devils advocate here for just a sec.
Parody. Art is often a tool people use for political, religious, and other pursuits.
Lets say Disney / Pixar was outed for something awful. Should I have to pay a Disney artist to directly replicate the animation style associated with them in my parody of them?
A.I. gives people like myself who are disabled and living on an extremely menial income the ability to create grander art / conversation online without a pricing barrier as high as if you had to commission an artist.
Should I have to pay someone plausibly hundreds of Dollars to have "Alex Jones" drawn as a Cthulhu beast with Frank Frazettas levels of detail when creating political commentary about current events?
And should I have to wait months for the art to be completed when the issue I may be creating the art to comment on will only be in the publics eye for a short period of time?
While I entirely understand why artist really dislike this. . . this all kinda sounds like the horse protesting the creation of the car : /
