I had a computer class that a new computer program was creating an algorithm with no baseline to go off.
Creating places that had no previous trouble. The algorithm was making police hold that part of the city hostage by these imaginary statistics.
I questioned my professor about this and he insisted a baseline wasn't necessary. I can't believe I'm seeing this here!!
