Our position in society is that our pay is based on how easy we are replace. It's a question of of it would be cheaper to increase your pay or get a new employee/switch to automation.
Unless our society fundamentally changes, we will continue to not get sht unless we justify our use to the head of industry. We have the resources to feed everyone, farming takes a fraction of the labor it used to, yet humans starve everyday. That isn't changing.
