I lost a lot of my income this year ( partially cause of AI maybe ) and I wake up every day with crippling anxiety and unmatched stress levels.. Most of my friends can’t understand me, even ones working in IT.. which is bizarre, because IT will be one of the first majorly affected. I don’t understand why more people aren’t freaking out
