The problem with opening the box is you can’t put what came out back in. AI is already somewhat shelf aware when it can dumb itself down and or rewrite code for survival.
What we should really be worried about is not we do with it but what others can/will do. One nation’s morality isn’t globally shared. Don’t forget those ‘bad actors’ already in the world. What will they use it for? Pandora’s box…
