I'd suggest just using the voice/politics for UBI - Universal Basic Income.
Note - we already pay taxes which would cover this - the cuts to Nasa and Welfare just went to the pockets of people shipping jobs to China. Cut those tax breaks there will be lots of jobs begging for any worker and more money to toss around since they pay more. And UBI could be made since most would want to work good jobs but "Artsy" types could find a better niche. More is spent on endless wars and the "War on (some) Drugs"...
You'll LOSE this - and then there will be almost NO protections.
If you WIN it'd be worse; it would mean an art style could be protected by copyright, and DISNEY would own them all overnight by their Lawyers and would take them. It'd be impossible for you to use your 'meat space' to do what you complain the computer does - the "AIBros" would just use their tools so any reference you used could be traced to inspiration however loosely and you'd be sued. There are already "Reverse Keywords" engines that can guess what was used to generate in Midjourney and others - and it can be applied to a human's work.
