Gotta say, if you're in the US, you can't sue ai for using your work to create something new.
It's transformative fair use, by using those image in the video, YOU TOO used those image without consent to profit. Ai transforms them literally speaking, through statistical means, and you did so via commentary.
If you want to go after ai because of copyright, you do so at the expense of content creation as a whole.
